We support material through a process that restores its value, function, and reliability.
OLIFOUR is a family of compounds developed from selected waste streams, based on a control logic (material - hardness - color) and supported by a set of tests and documentation that ensure full traceability.
“Olifour” is primarily associated with TPU (our main focus), but the same development and classification logic is also applied to other polymers (ABS, SEBS, PVC). For each material, multiple hardness levels and variants are available, defined according to the incoming waste stream and the intended application.
Our method
For us, regeneration is a system made of flow selection, controlled transformation, testing, and documentation. This is what turns a plastic granule into a reliable choice.

From material to Olifour
A precise workflow guides the selected material through to the final formulation, transforming it into a new, reliable resource.
Waste selection
The process begins with the careful selection of PIR (Post-Industrial Recycled) and PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic waste. Re.Nova acquires these streams by type and processes them using a production approach tailored to each material.
Volume reduction
The waste is ground and transformed into multicolored flakes. During this phase, foreign bodies are removed.
Blending and Formulations
A custom formulation is developed for the client, which may include varying percentages of regenerated material (up to 100% when no virgin masterbatch is added, or a mix of regenerated + virgin material when specific properties need to be enhanced), hardness (depending on application), and color (according to client requirements).
Extrusion and filtration
The ground material is extruded: the raw material mix undergoes a thermal transformation process to produce OLIFOUR.
