What is Olifour

A line of recycled, traceable, and certified plastic compounds, manufactured in Italy.

Thanks to a certified material recovery process and high production standards, it is possible to obtain a high-end product with characteristics comparable to virgin polymers.

Our tailor-made compounds are primarily used in the footwear sector, our field of origin, but also find applications in other industries (construction, industrial, furniture, etc.). The entire production process is managed in-house in Italy: from incoming waste selection to transformation into new secondary raw material. The process is supported by physical-mechanical testing. Performance is validated through laboratory testing and supported by structured technical-environmental documentation, ensuring quality, traceability, and compliance.

In addition, thanks to MINUO, our carbon transparency service, it is possible to measure the amount of CO₂ emissions generated for each Olifour supply. For an equivalent amount of emissions, we commit to supporting the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines through a sustainability credit project.

Tailor Made

Each OLIFOUR batch is custom-made and configurable in terms of recycled content, hardness, and color according to production needs.

Certified

The GRS certification attests to the use of recycled raw materials in both the production process and the final product, confirming a concrete pathway of material recovery and valorization.

Risk reduction

Each batch is traceable and supported by process parameters, physical-mechanical testing, and certifications. This reduces the risk for those who want or need to introduce recycled materials into production.

Responsible

For every OLIFOUR batch, environmental reporting is available through MINUO, our proprietary Carbon Transparency service, which measures the amount of CO₂ emissions generated for each material supply. Equivalent emissions are balanced by supporting traceable ecosystem services in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines through a sustainability credit project. The entire process is reported back to the company using the material, enabling clear measurement of environmental contribution and structured communication of performance across the supply chain.

The three customizable variables of Olifour

Recycled content: through a careful incoming material selection process, we produce secondary raw material with variable recycled content (from 20% to 100%), depending on customer needs.

Hardness: we meet specific hardness requirements by expertly blending components to achieve the ideal balance of rigidity for the intended application.

Color: thanks to the expertise of our R&D department and internal quality control, we are able to achieve the exact color or tone requested by the client.
